Аннотация. Целью исследования является ретроспективный анализ современных подходов к гипотезе К. Э. Циолковского о наличии высокоразвитых инопланетных цивилизаций, включая авторский. Для реализации указанной цели предлагается поставить и решить следующие задачи: ввести постулаты, базируясь на которых желательно изучать данную тему; проанализировать общие проблемы и трудности методического исследования таких объектов, как Человечество и Вселенная, и рассмотреть пути решения возникающих проблем общего и частного методического характера. Кроме того, использовать как космологическую модель Фридмана, так и её современные версии, для подтверждения гипотезы К.Э. Циолковского, а также новейшие данные, связанные с динамикой развития Вселенной; сформулировать и обсудить каверзные вопросы по поднятой теме. Поставить и рассмотреть такую цель Человечества, как выживание. Указать возможные направления дальнейших исследований в этой области. Сформулировать общие выводы.

Annotation. The purpose of this study is a post-event analysis of modern approaches to K. E. Tsiolkovsky's hypothesis about the existence of highly developed extraterrestrial civilizations, including the author's own analysis. to achieve this purpose, it is proposed to set and solve the following tasks: introduce postulates to be assigned as a basis for studying this topic; study common problems and difficulties in methodological research of such objects as humanity and the universe, and consider ways to solve emerging general and specific methodological problems. furthermore, both Friedman's cosmological model and its modern versions shall be applied to confirm K.E. Tsiolkovsky's hypothesis, as well as the latest data related to the universe's development dynamic trends; formulate and discuss tricky questions on the topic raised. such a purpose of humanity as survival shall be set and discussed. the possible directions for further research in this area are to be targeted. the general conclusions will be finally drawn.
